If you wish to receive all your email into one single mailbox, you can set a "forward" so that all your university email is automatically forwarded to another address.

Log on onto Roundcube with your NetID and password. You can set or unset your forwarding address in the Settings (top right corner), in the section Out of Office/Forward.

Note

Your messages will be forwarded to your forwarding address for as long as your account exists on the server - even if you no longer have access to it.

You can keep a local copy on the server if you wish, but if you do, you will need to clean up your university mailbox from time to time.

Note

Some mailprograms such as Outlook or Mail allow you to consult several mailboxes without having the need to forward your mail from one address to another.
