Diskspace you have on your account

Each account has a limited amount of diskspace on the server.

On UNIX machines such as HYDRA and MACH, you can issue the command

quota -v

to see how much diskspace you are using, and how much you can use maximum.

On MACH, users can have up to 200 MB of diskspace for 2500 files. This amount is shared between a personal homepage and other files you store on the server. Mail messages are no longer part of this quota.

Users with an account on NESTOR can issue the command nesquota on MACH or HYRDA to find out how much diskspace they have.
