Our mission is to provide users and associated guest with an effective single point of contact and responsive tracking of computing and information technology related queries.
The Helpdesk service is manned during normal working hours, at least between 09:00 until 17:00, however, although you may receive response outside these times, this can not be guaranteed. The service will not necessarily be fully staffed between 12:00 pm and 1:30 pm, if you submit a call during this period, please be patient. HelpDesk submissions and Mail calls sent during this period and those submitted outside working hours will be attended to at the earliest opportunity.
