Title: THE EINSTEIN-SZILARD REFRIGERATOR: HISTORY, THEORY &
PROTOTYPE
Abstract: While in Berlin in the 1920's, Albert Einstein and
one of his former student, Leo Szilard, invented and patented a number of
cooling systems that required no moving parts and used only heat as an input.
Dr. Delano will present the history, the theory and his own prototype of
the so-called "Einstein refrigerator".
