How to register

To register to the conference, please send an email to the conference secretary

0. PLEASE MENTION YOUR TITLE (master student, high school teacher, PhD students, Post-doc or academic) and MENTION IF YOU WILL ATTEND THE CONFERENCE DRINK (around 6 pm)

1. If you just want to attend the conference, please mention

• Your first and last name

• Your affiliation

• The session you would like to join primarily (see the sessions list below)

2. If you want to present a poster, please add

• The title of your poster

• An abstract. Please use the conference abstract template (in .doc format only, sorry/thank you)

• Clearly mention if you want to participate to the Poster Contest, please also send the required documents

3. If you want to subscribe for a talk, please add

• The title of your talk

• An abstract. Please use the conference abstract template (in .doc format only, sorry/thank you)

• Clearly mention, and send the required documents, if you want to participate to the Young Scientist Contest

Please note that, due to the limited available time, you might be proposed to present a poster instead of a talk.

Registration fees

• The registration fee for PhD students is: 35 euros.

• Academics and postdocs who are BPS members: 45 euros

• Academics and postdocs who are not member of the BPS: 55 euros

• Late registration (after deadline) fee is 65 euros

• Although attendance is free for high school teachers, master students or retired persons. THEY SHOULD NEVERTHELESS REGISTER! Thank you for your comprehension.

Payments will have to be made by bank transfer (please take notice that payment in cash at the registration desk will be considered as late registration) to
