PRACTICAL INFORMATIONS
FOR POSTER PREPARATION
Recommended poster size is A0, preferably vertical orientation.
Informations about where to put your poster will be posted here SOON.
We will have some extra pins and adhesive tape but please bring your own.
WHERE CAN I PUT MY POSTER ?
Check this more or less detailed map. Your poster has a reference (for instance CM13, with CM for
Condensed Matter) that matches the reference given in the conference booklet.
WHERE WILL THE PARALLEL SESSIONS TAKE PLACE ?
Check the map.
HOW TO GET HERE ?
The conference will take place at the FORUM of the Campus Plaine of ULB on the 21st of May 2008.
Registration desk will be in the restaurant front of Forum A & B (FORUM on map)
The Campus Plaine can be accessed by subway (Line 1A – stop at DELTA) or bus (lines 71/72 – stop at FRAITEUR, access 2 on map).
If you come by car, you may park in any of the campus parking (access 2 or 4) provided you put this authorization behind your windshield.
