The following computer packages for PCs to carry out genetic data analyses are developed by Xavier Vekemans and Olivier Hardy. They can be downloaded free of charge and freely distributed.
SPAGeDi
SPAGeDi (Spatial Pattern Analysis of Genetic Diversity) is a software designed to quantify and test for spatial patterns of genetic diversity by computing pairwise genetic distances between individuals or populations and relating them to spatial distances.
AFLP-SURV
AFLP-SURV estimates allelic frequencies, genetic diversity and population genetic structure from population samples analysed with AFLP or RAPD methods. It also computes matrices of genetic distances between populations, and of relatedness coefficients between individuals.
AutocorQ
AutocorQ characterizes the spatial autocorrelation of quantitative traits defined on mapped individuals using Moran's I statistic.
