H. Jones et Y. Leblicq ont entrepris de travailler sur deux périodes : de 1795 à la création de l'ULB en 1834 ; depuis la création de la faculté de droit de l'ULB. A cette occasion seront évoquées les carrières et les 'uvres d'un certain nombre d'enseignants éminents. [This research examines the evolution of basic ideas in the teaching of law during the crucial periode which covers the end of the 18th and the beginning of the 19th Centuries and then deals with the history of the School, later the Faculty, of law of Brussels ( 1806-1817), the direct ancester of the Faculty of Law of the Free University of Brussels.]
