Nous cherchons à identifier, par des approches génétiques, différents gènes agissant comme suppresseurs de tumeurs ou contrôlant la sensibilité au cancer chez le rat. Nous affinons la carte génétique de régions chromosomiques où ont été localisés de tels gènes, afin de permettre le clonage positionnel et l'identification de ces gènes. [Using genetic approaches, we are working on the identification of genes acting as tumour suppressor genes, or as genes controlling the susceptiblity to cancer in the rat. We are improving the genetic map of chromosomes regions where such genes were assigned, in order to allow the positional cloning and the identification of these genes.]
