Nous sommes intéressés par la fonction de deux gènes dans la physiologie bactérienne. Le produit de ces gènes régule l'activité de plusieurs régulateurs globaux, à savoir CsrA (Carbon storage regulator A). En collaboration avec Sabrina Bousbata (plate-forme protéomique, IBMM, ULB), une approche globale a été mise sur pied afin d'identifier les cibles de ces protéines. [We are interested in the function of two genes in bacterial physiology. The products of these genes regulate the activity of several global regulators, notably CsrA (Carbon Storage Regulator A).
