Les principaux thèmes de recherche de l'Unité de droit international privé concernent : le processus d'intégration européenne du droit international privé, le contentieux transfrontière européen, les aspects de droit international privé de la propriété intellectuelle et des nouvelles technologies, les interactions entre le droit de la concurrence, la régulation des marchés et le droit international privé. [The main themes of research of the Unit of private international law concern: the process of European integration of the private international law, European transborder dispute, aspects of private international law of the intellectual property and new technologies, interactions between the right of the competition, regulation of the markets and private international law.]
