L'objectif de ce projet vise en l'étude, par digitale, du comportement hydrodynamique de vésicules phospholipidiques qui modélisent les flux sanguins. Les expériences sont menées sur terre et en microgravité (Avion ZERO G du CNES et fusée sonde MASER) [The project aims to quantify, without the effect of the gravity, the dynamical regimes of biomimetic systems under flow. The main measurement system will be based on a digital holographic microscope. The main achievement of the project will be the data analysis of a souding rocket experiment. It will result from a preparatory phase including experiments on ground and during parabolic flights campaigns.]
