Unité de Droit familial [Unit of Family Right]
L'Unité de Droit familial est à la base du vaste projet législatif en cours d'élaboration, tendant à la création en Belgique d'un Tribunal de la famille. Elle participe également à la mise sur pied d'une loi réparatrice de la réforme du divorce intervenue en 2007. Sur le plan international, il mène un projet de longue haleine avec l'Université de Montréal, traitant du droit familial comparé.
