Insuffisance cardiaque chronique [Chronic cardiac insufficiency]
Partie 1 : Biologie du myocarde dans un modèle de cardiomyopathie dilatée induite par tachycardie : à partir de biopsies myocardiques réalisées aux différents stades de la maladie induite expérimentalement, nous étudions l'évolution temporelle de différents médiateurs locaux comme l'endothéline, le VEGF, l'IGF-1 ... et leur implication dans la pathogénie de l'insuffisance cardiaque chronique. Partie 2 : Transplantation de cellules de la moëlle osseuse pour le traitement de l'insuffisance cardiaque chronique : nous étudions la sécurité, l'efficacité et le mode d'action de la thérapie cellulaire pour le traitement de l'infarctus chronique du myocarde en mettant l'accent sur le potentiel effet paracrine de ces cellules souches sur le tissu hôte.
