La base de donnée informatisée MELANULB contient jusqu'à présent des données d'environ 2 milles patients avec environ 300 paramètres par patient qui couvrent : l'identification et des informations sur la tumeur primitive, l'anatomo-pathologie et autres données de laboratoire, les traitements et des données épidémiologiques. Ces informations sont utilisées pour des études cliniques/épidémiologiques ainsi que pour des campagnes d'information/prévention destinées au grand public.
