Les recherches ergonomiques portent essentiellement sur les dimensions cognitives de l'activité, notamment dans le champ du travail sur écran de visualisation. Elles s'inscrivent dans le chmp de la psychologie ergonomique. Etude des nouvelles formes des espaces de travail. [Researches concern cognitive factors in ergonomics : work conditions, software ergonomics and human computer interaction, work safety, human error and reliability, acquisition and use of knowledge, process control. In the field of ergonomics, the researchs are centered on the cognitive dimensions of activity, particularly in the domain of the work on visualisation screen. They raly to the ergonomics psychology. To be included : the study of the new forms of plant layouts.]

Psychologie du personnel et gestion des ressources humaines. [Personal psychology and human resources management.]
Ce thème est consacré à l'étude des trois grands moments de la gestion des ressources humaines qui intéressent le psychologue du travail : le recrutement, la formation et l'évaluation du personnel. Il traite encore des nouvelles perspectives issues des modifications technologiques et économiques dans l'entreprise comme la flexibilité du personnel ou la culture d'entreprise. [This project is devoted to the analysis of three specific functions of the human resources management, involved in industrial psychology : recruitment, training and job evaluation. It is also concerned with new perspectives derived from technological and economic modifications in the organization, such as personal flexibility or company culture.]

Méthodologie en psychologie appliquée. [Methodological processes in applied psychology.]
Ce thème a trait aux méthodologies d'investigation et aux techniques d'analyse en psychologie appliquée : observation, entretien, questionnement, analyse du travail et de l'activité, simulation et expérimentation. Il s'agit d'une thématique qui est en quelque sorte transversale aux domaines de recherche et d'intervention de l'unité. [This thema is devoted to the investigation methods and to the analysis techniques in applied psychology : observation, interviewing, questioning, work and activity analysis, simulation and experimentation. This project gives the opportunity to crossexamine data from research and intervention field of the Unit.]

Implication et engagement au travail. [Working involvement and appointment.]
Ce thème se consacre aux mécanismes organisationnels (climat organisationel, politiques pro-familiales, ...) ainsi qu'aux variables personnelles (gestion conflit vie travail.vie hors travail, valeurs professionnelles, ...) contribuant au développement de l'implication à l'égard du travail. [Study of the organizational mechanisms (climate, pro-family politics) and of the personal conditions (conflict between lives-on and off jobs, professional values) which contribute in the building up of the implication towards the working processes.]

Ce thème se consacre aux facteurs organisationnels (climat organisationnel, politiques pro-familiales, soutien organisationnel, leadership ...) ainsi qu'aux variables personnelles (gestion conflit vie travail/vie hors travail, valeurs professionnelles, ...) contribuant au développement de l'implication à l'égard du travail et de l'implication organisationnelle.
