Annual enrolment

You must enrol for your PhD and doctoral training if you have not yet accumulated the required 60 ECTS credits. To do so, you need to complete the relevant section of the re-enrolment form. This form must also be completed by your supervisor, the chairman of your supervisory committee and your Faculty, which then forwards the completed form to the ULB Registration Department. Each step takes several days: do not wait to the last minute!

Re-enrolment fees only include the registration and administrative fees. No extra fees are charged for doctoral training if you have already paid your course fees.
