If you are planning to come to the Université libre de Bruxelles, as a

• member of academic or scientific staff recruited abroad

then the International Welcome Desk is there to help you!

The International Welcome Desk can inform you about and assist with the administrative steps to be undertaken prior to arrival at the ULB and the various formalities to be completed once in Belgium.

On arrival in Belgium, you are warmly invited to pick up a Welcome Pack from our office at 52 avenue Jeanne (Solbosch campus), which is open 9h-17h, Monday-Friday.

If you are coming to ULB as a Visiting Researcher (PhD level and beyond), please make sure that you enroll via the International Welcome Desk (Visiting Researcher page).

The International Welcome Desk is the Euraxess Services Contact Point within the ULB.
