Tackling the 'Double Democratic Deficit' and
Improving the Accountability of ESDP

This event is designed to highlight the key findings of the 'ESDP Democracy' Research Training Network supported by the European Commission (HPRN-CT-2000-0070) and of the book 'The Double Democratic Deficit: Parliamentary Accountability of the Use of Force under International Auspices', a project of the Geneva Centre for the Democratic Control of Armed Forces (DCAF).

The event also forms part of the ESDP Democracy's training programme organised by the International Security Information Service, Europe (ISIS Europe) together with the Institut d'Etudes Européennes, Université Libre de Bruxelles.
