Welcome to the Faculty of Sciences

Whether you are coming to ULB in the framework of the Erasmus programme, for an Erasmus placement or via a bilateral agreement, please contact firstly the Exchange Programmes Office for general information, for administrative procedures and practical matters (visa, accommodation, etc.).

Upon arrival in Brussels, the Exchange Programmes Office will provide you with several documents, among which a welcome note from the Faculty of Sciences. This note sums up the steps to take to organise your stay at ULB on an administrative level (registration to courses, exams, transcript of records, etc.).
