Since October 2007, I am working on a Ph.D project concerning the political use of Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs) and especially the Internet. My aim is to analyse the use of new technologies for political purposes by online communities wishing to influence European decision-making.
The model is based on theoretical developments as well as on an in-depth analysis of two case studies, examining techno-political campaigning around European Union intellectual property rights legislation.
