Présentation des thèmes de recherche
Mes travaux portent sur les mécanismes de la conscience et sur les différences entre traitement de l'information avec et sans conscience. Mon équipe approche ces questions via des méthodes analytiques, expérimentales, computationnelles et par imagerie cérébrale afin de soutenir le développement d'une théorie de la conscience dans laquelle les mécanismes de plasiticité cérébrale et d'apprentissages jouent un rôle fondamental. Les principales lignes de recherche qui sont ainsi développées concernent l'apprentissage implicite chez l'adulte et l'enfant, la perception subliminale, la prise de décision, la cognition sociale, la théorie de l'esprit, ou encore l'hypnose. Chacun de ces thèmes sont, chaque fois que c'est possible, abordés d'une manière interdisciplinaire.
