Mobilité Incoming : Your Learning Agreement


Provisional Learning Agreement:

The provisional Learning Agreement that you have drafted with your Coordinator in your home university has been sent to our Mobility Office. For further information, we invite you to refer to our website: http://www.ulb.ac.be/services/etudiants/cellule-echange.html


Your definitive Learning Agreement

In order to draft your definitive Learning Agreement, you must take an appointment with your academic coordinator and you will have to meet her/him during her/his office hours (you will find her under the address of his/her secretary). The document you will have to draft definitively, sign by yourself and be signed by your coordinator is the one given to you by your home university. This document must be handed in by 31 October 2013 ( first quadrimester) and by 15 March 2014 (second quadrimester).

For the sake of the following up of your programme in our Faculty, you will have also to draft our Internal Programme Document. This last document you will receive on arrival in our Faculty. This document must be handed in by 15 October 2013/1st March 2014) and may be modified until 31 October/15 March. It goes without saying that after this deadline it must strictly match your definitive learning agreement and may not be changed anymore. Both here above mentioned documents will have to be handed in to your contact person within our Faculty.

The rules to follow concerning your Learning Agreement are:

1.

Number of credits (ECTS): a full academic year (September to June) equals 60 ECTS; a “quadrimester” (4 month term) equals 30 ECTS.

2.

You must take at least 60% of your credits (i.e. 36 pour a full year; 18 for a quadrimester) among courses owned by our Faculty. To be sure that a course is own by our Faculty, you will have to check if his code contains a “B” (example: POLI-B-100; ROMA-B-310; HIST-B-105…….)
