The mission of the Coordination Environnementale is to lead the environmental management effort on all ULB campuses. It thus advises members of the administration, faculty, staff, and student body to improve the environmental footprint of the university. It is particularly concerned with:

• the implementation of environmental indicators,

• the advancement of sustainability policies in 13 fields of concrete action,

• the integration of an environmental management system,

• the identification and promotion of environmental best practices, and

• the university community’s awareness of, and involvement in responses to environmental challenges.

he Coordination Environnementale serves as a center of resources dedicated to the ULB’s environment and relevant initiatives. It offers information, internship opportunities, case studies, and awareness campaigns. Part of the ULB Service for Workplace Protection and Prevention, the Coordination Environnementale team acts every day for a greener campus!
