The student card, the attestations and certificates

Your registration or the renewal of your registration at the ULB is being finalised or is already finalised. We are glad to count you amongst us for this new academic year.

May we first call your attention to the following points:

• The documents – namely your student card and the relative attests - will only be delivered after reception of the payment of the total amount of the tuition fee.

• Starting from the 31st of August, you will receive a copy of your registration attest by e-mail for the STIB.

• Whatever the date you paid your registration, your student card and the written attests, will be delivered to you starting from the 21st of September 2012

• to your correspondence address, by post, if it is a belgian address

• to the ULB if it is a foreign address.

Starting from the 21st of September 2012 it will also be possible for you to follow the edition of your card and attests on your « MonULB » portal.

Duplicate of the student card

If you have lost your student card or if it has been stolen, it is possible to obtain a duplicate at the Payment desk of the Registration department. Please carry the following:

• A copy of your identity card/passport (both sides)

• Your declaration of loss/theft or 4 € if you do not possess such document
