Online application form

How to apply?

To round off the useful information available to you, we invite you to look at our demo for submitting an application (only available in French at this moment).

TO APPLY FOR ONE OF OUR PROGRAMS TAUGHT IN FRENCH PLEASE CHECK OUR "FORMULAIRE D'INSCRIPTION EN LIGNE".

We invite you to consult the dates that apply to you.

For an efficient treatment of your application, please keep in mind the following points:

  • You will be guided through the admissions procedure (information and documents to deliver); you can interrupt/resume your work at any moment as long as you respect the deadlines.

  • Your application will not reach us until you have pressed the "Submit" button at the end of the procedure.

  • Please check that all information provided is correct and that you are submitting the right supporting documents.

  • You may be contacted by an admissions officer at a later date, asking you to provide additional documentation; in such a case you are requested to upload these documents as quickly as possible:

    • within six weeks at the most,

    • with all documents being uploaded at once.

  • Any incomplete application at the deadline for the submission of the application or not complying with the provisions listed above will result in a definitive rejection.

  • No action can be taken when a demand has been rejected, whatever the reason behind the rejection. This also applies to guiding decisions taken by the faculty selection panel.

We therefore recommend you to keep a close eye on the progress of your online application.

Admissions for non EU-students, who are not legally assimilated to a European student and who do not have legal residence in Belgium, are closed since the 30th of April 2012 at midnight. All incomplete applications from that date onwards will be definitively refused and no action can be taken against this decision. From that date onwards it is no longer possible for a non-EU student, not assimilated and not resident to upload documents through his online profile. Furthermore, documents send by post or by e-mail will not be taken into account.
