Required documentsThe documents you need to deliver are different according to your situation
and the studies you wish to access. Important warning: Following languages are accepted for the documents and identification papers:
French, English, Dutch, Italian, Spanish, German, Portuguese. Documents
written in another language must be translated by a sworn translator. The
translation must be annexed to the original document. The absence of the
translation or of the original document is a valuable reason to refuse a
demand. A diploma that contains a complete translation in French/English and
is certified by the establishment where the diploma was edited must not be
translated.
All documents need to be loaded online. Documents send by post, fax
or e-mail will not be taken into account. Unless otherwise noted in the
admission/registration form, the documents musn't be legalised. The
documents may not exceed 2 Mo while loading. Following formats are accepted:
JPG, JPEG, PDF, TIFF or RTF. Declarations of honnour are not allowed for activities
regarding studies, work or incomes.

cycle of studies: Identity photo(format W = 3 cm x H = 4 cm, file type = JPG preferably, JPEG,
PDF, TIFF or RTF) Identity card (both sides), passport Diploma of secondary education Diplomas of higher education Detailed transcript of records of higher education studies Proof of the academic activities without diploma and of the non-academic
activities starting from the 1st of September 2007, with mention of the date
of beginning and end of the activity (working attest, ...) Motivation letter (if required by the jury) Summary of courses (if required by the jury)
Important warning: Non EU-students wishing to register for the first year of a bachelor degree are invited to
consult the new admission criteria. If your diploma of secondary education was not delivered in
Belgium, you will also need to provide us with an attest of
equivalence (see Special entrance
requirements). If you did not obtain your diploma of secondary education in the European Union and if you wish to register for a first
Bachelor year, you will also need to deliver the transcript of
records of your last year of secondary education. If you are a non-EU student you'll need to deliver your VISA when you accept
the offer of registration, namely from the 26th of June till the 30th of
September 2012.
For the studies subjected to a drawing of lots, additional

Important warning: Should the
faculty selection panel, after checking your application, deem it necessary
to admit you to a study year of the 1st cycle (= Bachelor) you will have to provide us with
your diploma of secondary education even if you obtained it more than 5 years ago. If your diploma of secondary
education was not delivered in Belgium,
you will also need to provide us with an attest of equivalence (see Special entrance requirements). If you did not obtain your diploma in
the European Union, you might also have to deliver the transcript of
records of your last year of secondary education. If you are a non-EU student you'll need to deliver your VISA when you accept
