Who needs to apply for admission?

  • Students from non-EU countries requesting an access to a study year higher than the first year of a Bachelor course.

  • Students from non-EU countries wishing to register for the first year of a Bachelor course and who are not legally assimilated to a Belgian student.

  • Students from EU countries wishing to register for a study year higher than the first year of a Bachelor course and where the course catalogue specifies admission conditions.

When to submit your demand?

  • Non-EU students, not assimilated (see assimilation criteria) and not resident in Belgium: from 11/02* to 30/04/2013

  • EU students (other than Belgians), not resident in Belgium: from 01/04 to 31/08/2013

  • Non-EU students, assimilated and not resident in Belgium: from 11/02* to 21/09/2013

  • Non-EU students, resident in Belgium (whether assimilated or not): from 01/04 to 21/09/2013

  • EU students, resident in Belgium : from 01/04 to 21/09/2013

  • Students of Belgian nationality: from 01/04 to 21/09/2013

* From 04/03/2013 for students wishing to access the first year of a bachelor degree.

Who needs to apply for registration?

  • EU students wishing to register for the first year of a Bachelor course.

  • Non EU students and EU students legally domiciliated in Belgium and in possession of a Bachelor diploma of a Haute Ecole of the French community of Belgium that wish to register for a bridge year (année passerelle) for which their is an unconditionnal access acoording to the program of courses.

  • Non-EU students legally domiciliated in Belgium and wishing to register for the first year of Bachelor course.

  • EU students wishing to register for the first year of a Master course for which the program of courses gives an unconditional access.

When to submit your demand?

  • EU students wishing to register for a BA1 : from 26/06 to 30/09/2013

  • "Bridge" students: from 01/04 to 21/09/2013

  • Non-EU students, resident (whether assimilated or not), wishing to register for a BA1: from 26/06 to 30/09/2013

  • EU students with unconditional access to a MA1: from 01/04 to 21/09/2013

Who can benefit of the renewal of an admission decision?

Any non-BA1 student having received an admission letter for the 2012/2013 academic year and not having been able to finalise his registration.
