  from 25/06 to 30/09/2012

• you are not a citizen of a EU-country, you are assimilated to a EU-student, but you have no legal residence in Belgium:
  from 15/02 to 30/09/2012

• you are not a citizen of a EU-country, you are not assimilated to a EU-student an you have no legal residence in Belgium:
  from 15/02 to 30/04/2012

2nd or 3rd Bachelor year, Master and Advanced Master

• you are of Belgian nationality or a citizen of a EU-country and assimilated or you have legal residence in Belgium:
  from 01/04 to 21/09/2012

• You are a citizen of a EU-country (other than Belgium), you have no legal residence in Belgium and are not assimilated:
  from 01/04 to 31/08/2012

• you are not a citizen of a EU-country, but you have legal residence in Belgium (whether assimilated to a EU-student or not):
  from 01/04 to 31/08/2012

• you are not a citizen of a EU-country, you have no legal residence in Belgium, but you are assimilated to a EU-student:
  from 15/02 to 31/08/2012

• you are not a citizen of a EU-country, you have no legal residence in Belgium and you are not assimilated to a EU-student:
  from 15/02 to 30/04/2012
