Obtaining an attestation or certificate for a third party

2011/2012 : All regularly registered and paid-up students are entitled to 6 free attestations on presentation of their student card:

  • STIB

  • SNCB

  • TEC

  • Family allowances

  • Health insurance

  • French Community

You would like to obtain information, a certificate of attendance, or an attestation of results for a third party? This is only possible on presentation of a named power of attorney and a signed and dated copy of the ID card of the person concerned. This also applies to the parents of students or former ULB students.

In practice, this means that you have to be in possession of a power of attorney and a copy of the student's ID card, both signed et dated by the student.

If you are in possession of these documents, there are two possibilities available:

  • COME PERSONALLY TO OUR OFFICES
Come here, bringing with you the power of attorney, the copy of the student's ID card and your own ID card.
