Presentation
- I'm PhD student at ULB under the
supervision of Prof.
Gianluca Bontempi from the Machine Learning Group and
Prof. François Fuks from the Laboratory
of Cancer Epigenetics.
- My Project "Epigenomic and Transcriptomic Analysis of
Breast Cancer" (October 2012-present) is a collaboration
beween the two above-mentionned services. Briefly, it
consist in using the power of Bioinformatics and Machine
Learning in order to find differences between Normal and
Cancer cells, mainly at the Epigenomic (DNA methylation)
level.
