Analysis of genomic and proteomic data    (3 ECTS)

DEA BIOINFO MASTER course

Coordinator: Gianluca Bontempi

Teachers: G. Bontempi, J. van HeldenBruno Andre, Patrice Godard, Benjamin Haibe-Kains

Aim of the course
The aim of this course is to let the students apply the algorithms and the data anlaysis methods studied in the previouse theoretical courses. Under the supervision of the teachers, the students will study some real cases, taken from genomic and proteomic problems, where the application of computational methods makes possible the understand the underlying biological problem. All the lessons will take place in a computer laboratory where the student will be granted the access to computer and software facilities.
