-to promote the exchange of information between researchers who conduct scientific work in relation with drug-using young or future parents and their children and also to promote the development and coordination of these researches and encourage the spreading of the information

-to inform the Network's members, non-specialised professionals and the general public of the different existing modalities of taking in charge, support, prevention, help and care for drug-using young and future parents and their children

-to inform the decision makers of the necessity to set up enough and appropriate care, treatment and prevention for drug-using young and future parents and their children.
