FEES
The fees for the Conference are 75 € (3.025 BEF). This sum covers documentation, coffee breaks and lunch on Friday. The closing date for applications is on November 9th 2001. Interested parties are strongly advised to submit their applications as soon as possible in view of the limited number of places. Late applications will be satisfied as far as possible, depending on the number of places left.
PAYMENT
Participants can arrange a bank transfer to the Odysseus Network's account number n° 001-2122389-08 of the Fortis Bank, Solbosch Branch, Avenue Heger, 1050 Brussels, Belgium, swift code GEBABEBB with reference "Subsidiary Protection" and their name clearly indicated. Proof of payment must be produced at the latest on 16th November. In exceptional cases payment in cash on 16th November will be accepted.
