Henri LABAYLE is Professor of Law.  He holds a Jean Monnet Chair at the University of Pau and is the Dean of the Faculty of Law at the University of Bayonne. 

His main interests include, European law, Justice and Security in Europe, the fight against organised crime, public law, foreigner's rights, freedom of movement and Social Europe.
