Barbara Mikolajczyk is an Assistant Professor at the Department of International Public Law and the European Law, University of Silesia in Katowice, Poland.
She was a member of the Polish Refugee Board of the first term – 1999 – 2004.
She is a member of the International Law Association. Poland.
