Kristine KRUMA

Kristine Kruma is a doctoral student at Lund University (Sweden) and lecturer at the Riga graduate school of law (RGSL). She is also judge of the Constitutional Court of Latvia and Arbitrator at the OSCE (The Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe)
Court of Reconciliation and Arbitration. She represents the RGSL in the European Commission Framework Programme 7 (FP7-SSH) funded project ENACT which examines different practices related to acts of EU citizenship. She is also national rapporteur for EC funded EUCITAC project comparing citizenship policies in Europe.
Her research interests are related to citizenship, including EU citizenship, status and rights of long-term residents as well as law on international organizations.
