François MOYSE is a practising lawyer (Avocat à la Cour), member to the Luxembourg bar. His areas of practice include constitutional and administrative law, notably immigration and asylum law, human rights law and European law.

He is an advisor to several NGOs working on foreigners' issues, including integration, the fight against discrimination and racism.
He is a member of the National Ethics Commission of Luxembourg.
