REGISTRATION
Registration is now closed. Do not forget registration fees.
We were able to negotiate a group rate, with an all-inclusive formula. Registration fees include the congress registration, 5 nights accommodation, continental breakfast, lunch (wine, beer or soft drinks, café), dinner (3 services + wine, beer or soft drinks, café), coffee breaks, Reception and Cocktail party (30/08) and transport to and from the station Marloie and the meeting location. The fee also gives free access to the hotel infrastructures (swimming-pool, tennis court, mini-foot, mini-golf, bowling, baby-foot,...). Cost will be 500,00 - 680,00 Euros per person, depending on room type.
Participants with specific diets must inform the organizing comitee as soon as possible
Registration Fee (including accommodation)
- 4-persons rooms = 500,00€/pers.
- 4-persons apartments (3 rooms: two single, one double) = 530,00€/pers.
- 2-persons rooms = 560,00€/pers.
- 2-persons apartments (2 single rooms) = 600,00€/pers.
- Single (limited availability) = 680,00€/pers.
Members are strongly encouraged to find colleagues to share their room or apartment, otherwise we will arbitrarily allocate roommates of the same gender.
Please note that attendance to the Congress will be limited to 300 participants. Rooms will be attributed on a first-come, first-served basis.
Banquet
The Congress Banquet + evening party will be organised on September 3. The banquet will include "mise-en-bouche", entrée 1, entrée 2, main course, desert + 1/3 white wine + 1/3 red wine + coffee. Banquet fee is 50,00 Euros per person.
REGISTRATION DEADLINE- REGISTRATION IS CLOSED SINCE MAY 15th. Please register through the Congress Secretary at IUSSI08@ulb.ac.be, not with the hotel directly, to secure the group rate.

Payement
Bank transfer is the easiest and safest international payment method, and fee associated with the service is usually low. For these reasons, only payment by bank transfer in EUROS will be accepted. Fees associated with bank transfer - if any - are in charge of participants, otherwise registration will not be accepted. We regret we are unable to process credit card payments. We will provide receipts for all payments.

Cancellation
Notification of cancellations must be sent in writing to the conference secretariat.
Cancellations will be accepted until July 15. If you have already paid we will refund all fees minus possible bank charges.
No refund can be made for cancellations received after July 15.
