Oral presentations
Plenary talks will last 45 minutes plus 15 minutes discussion. Other speakers will be given slots of 15 minutes talk plus 5 minutes discussion. All presentations must be done in Power Point and compatible with MS PowerPoint 2003 or an older version of the same program. PCs only will be used as computer sources. It is strongly recommended to bring your presentation on a CD or flash disk. McIntosh users are kindly requested to convert their files to make them compatible with PCs.
There will be opportunities to review and update presentations at the Congress. Note that the finalised version of your presentation must be submitted to the desk office 24 hours before your talk.
Poster presentations
Oral sessions will have a limited number of openings. If the number of requests for oral presentations exceeds the number of slots available, abstracts will be selected for talks by the scientific committee. Other attendees will be encouraged to make poster presentations.
If you are presenting a poster, please make sure that it will fit within the designated size, as we are planning two posters per board with no extra space. The size of the posters should be a maximum of 1.5 m high (vertical) and 1 m wide (horizontal).
