Transfer to the Congress
Arrival in Belgium by plane:
For those arriving by plane at the Brussels National Airport (Zaventem), please take the train to Brussels Central Station. Trains leave Brussels National Airport each 20 min; fee: 2.8 euros.
From Brussels Central Station, connection to the Congress is possible by train only
Arrival in Belgium by train:
From Brussels Central Station or Brussels Midi station, take the line Brussels-Luxembourg, and get off at Marloie.
Trains leave Brussels Central Station each hour + 37 min or Brussels Midi station each hour + 33 min. Trains leave Marloie Station each hour + 45 min.
Time travel is about 1h40; fee: 13.5 euros.
For those arriving from Germany or Luxemburg, there are direct connections to Marloie from Liège and Luxemburg.
On August 30th, a free shuttle will drive participants arriving at the train station Marloie to the Congress location at 14h30, 16h30, 17h30, 18h30 and 19h30. Alternatively, it is possible to take the bus.
Bus timetable to the congress:
Line 15 from Marloie Station to La-Roche-en-Ardenne. About 30 min.
Saturday 30th. Departure: 8:05, 12:23 and 15:23.

Arrival in Belgium by car:
From Brussels: speedway E411 towards Namur/Namen,Luxemburg. Get off at Courrière and take N4 towards Luxemburg. After Marche-en-Famenne, get off at exit La Roche.
From Luxemburg: speedway E25 towards Liège/Luik. Get off at exit 54 - Bastogne. Take N4 in direction of Marche-en-Famenne. Get off at Barrière de Champlon and follow indications to La Roche.
From Liège/Luik: speedway E25 towards Luxemburg. Get off at exit 50 - La Baraque Fraiture, and follow direction La Roche.
Arriving in La Roche, please follow the direction Houffalize and drive along the river Ourthe for about 700 metres.
