The Center collaborates with about thirty laboratoires in Europe, North and South America, Japan and India. Most of these collaborations are being financed by international Programs (European Commission, NATO, Tournesol) and national agences (Belgian Federal Goverment, FNRS)
Currently the Center participates in the following international projects:
Nonlinear dynamics, statistical mechanics and the modeling of complex systems, Marie Curie training program of the European Union.
Network of excellence on complex systems, financed by the Information Societies Technology program of the European Union.
Statistical Physics of Glasses and Nonequilibrium Systems (SPHINX). A European Foundation Scientific Program
Nonlinear Chemistry in Complex Reactors: models and experiments (REACTOR). A European Science Foundation Scientific program. For the latest information on this programme consult the REACTOR home pages: www.esf.org/reactor and www.chem.leeds.ac.uk/People/SKS/esf_reactor.
ESA program "Chemo-hydrodynamic pattern formation at interfaces" in collaboration with:
NATO Collaborative Linkage Grant "Diffusion-reaction processes in comportmentalized heterogeneous systems" in collaboration with Prof. J. Kozak (University of Iowa), Prof. M. Marek (Prague Institute of Chemical Technology) and Prof. C. Rouvas-Nicolis (Belgian Royal Meteorological Institute).
NATO Collaborative Linkage Grant "Chemical reactions in systems of restricted geometry", given during the periods 1998-2000 and 2001-2002. Collaborators : A. Provata, National Research Center "Demokritos", Institute of Physical Chemistry (Greece) and V. Anishchenko and A. V. Shabunin, Saratov State University, Russia
